The program delivers free, expert-backed tips, games, and community resources tailored to your child's exact age (from pregnancy through the preteen years) directly to your cell phone.
The Vroom: Early Learning app is a free, science-backed parenting tool designed to boost brain development in children from birth to age five. It provides over 1,000 bite-sized, interactive activities that seamlessly fit into everyday routines like bath time, meal time, or grocery shopping.
A completely free, mobile-friendly learning initiative by First 5 California and Cell-Ed. Designed for parents, caregivers, and early childcare providers of children birth to age 5, it provides micro-lessons and live coaching to help manage challenging situations and build nurturing environments.
